Many devotees have learnt through their experiences that our Bhagavan Yogi Ramsuratkumar is truly God. We shall learn through the following narration that a Siddha purusha has vouchsafed this.

By the grace and blessings of Bhagavan, I was working as a cashier in a factory located near Chengalpattu. Bhagavan Himself commanded me to reside at Singaperumal koil, a place near Chengalpattu and directed me to attend to my work. Singaperumal koil is the place where Shri Narasimha perumal chose to manifest Himself and praises have been sung by some of the 12 Vaishnava saints.

I started going to Tiruvannamalai frequently to have Darshan of Bhagavan. Once Bhagavan asked me, "Radhakrishna, are you aware that there is an Anjenaya upasaka called Ramu Iyengar at Singaperumal koil? That he is an authority on astrology and that exhibits Divine grace?" I told him that I knew nothing about this. Bhagavan told me that I must gather the appropriate details about him (Ramu Iyengar) when I came for His darshan the next time and if I did not gather these details I need not come to see him.

What to do? I was in a great quandary. The reason was that nobody was able to give any useful information about Ramu Iyengar even though I made several enquiries. I was at a loss and prayed to Bhagavan in my heart to show me the way. Bhagavan bestowed his grace. I made enquiries with my friend, the sub-postmaster of that area, who showed me the house of Ramu Iyengar and told me to go and meet him the next day.

The next day I went to see him. I place my offering of fruit at his feet and told him what my Guru had told me about him and how He had instructed me to learn about his welfare and report back to Him. He responded immediately, without even a pause, "Your Gurunatha is growing from the earth to the sky. No one can know about him completely. He is beyond everything. He is beyond all limits. He is the Manifest Universe."

When I heard him say this, my thoughts involuntarily travelled to Shri Krishna who had taken Vishvarupa in order to destroy Arjuna's doubts and encouraged him to do his duty and participate in the war. Our Bhagavan must have been Shri Krishna - who had done this extaordinary feat. Shri Ramu Iyengar appeared to read my thoughts and as though he agreed with my thinking, nodded his head with a big smile.

When I informed Bhagavan of this, He burst into divine laughter which appeared to shake the very earth. The laughter confirmed me that Bhagavan is truly a "Vishva Rupi". The Anjaneya upasaka, Ramu Iyengar, further told me, "Radhakrishna, there are many Jnanis and Masters in this world. They give their blessings and grace in person. However, your Guru Maharaj, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, will save his devotee even when he is thousand miles away because he is present everywhere. The tapas (penance) that he has performed over several yugas is immeasurable." The most surprising part of all this is that our Bhagvavan and Ramu Iyengar had never met each other at any time.

Once, Shri Ramu Iyengar had become ill and was admitted into "Devaki Hospital" in Chennai. When my brother-in-law, who is a retired police officer, had gone to have Darshan of Bhagavan, had informed Him of this, Bhagavan gave an apple with an instruction that it should be handed over directly to the Anjaneya upasaka, Shri Ramu Iyengar. Who upon receiving it, said, - "Now, in the whole of India; why, the whole world, if there is a great Yogi, it is only Yogi Ramsuratkumar."

Once when I was seated before Bhagavan at the Sannidhi street abode, He said, "Radhakrishna, when you are doing Sandhyavandhanam and other rituals, you recite Shri Rama, Shri Krishna, Madhusudhana, etc. These are all the names of this beggar at those times. Now, in this Kali era, my Name is Yogi Ramsuratkumar; now include this also." This divine instruction of Bhagavan showed that it was He who took the Dasavataras. Shri K.V. Jagannathan, the Tamil savant brought it out beautifully in one of his songs, attesting this Truth.

This great divine being, the Lord who walks amongst us, dances with us, has drawn us unto him in order to protect us. The merits of past lives are responsible for this great good fortune. This great Lord has unfailingly graced us with whatever is required. What can we give in return? Nothing. But we must give something. We can constantly repeat His Name, Rama's name and follow the spiritual guidelines that He has laid for us and we shall be the recipient of His infinite grace.

De nombreux fidèles ont appris de par leurs expériences que notre Bhagavan Yogi Ramsuratkumar était vraiment Dieu. Nous allons apprendre, à travers le récit suivant, qu'un Siddha purusha l'a confirmé.

Par la grâce et les bénédictions de Bhagavan, je travaillais comme caissier dans une usine située près de Chengalpattu. Bhagavan Lui-même m'avait ordonné de vivre à Singaperumalkoil (1), un endroit près de Chengalpattu, et m'avait dit d'aller à mon travail. Singaperumalkoil est le lieu où Shri Narasimha perumal (2) a choisi de Se manifester et certains des 12 saints vaishnavas (3) (en) ont chanté les louanges.

Je commençai à me rendre souvent à Tiruvannamalai pour avoir le Darshan de Bhagavan. Un jour, Bhagavan me demanda : "Radhakrishna, savez-vous qu'il y a un Anjaneya upasaka (4) qui s'appelle Ramu Iyengar à Singaperumalkoil ? Que c'est une autorité en astrologie et qu'il fait preuve de grâce Divine ? " Je lui dis que je n'en savais rien. Bhagavan me dit que je devais rassembler les détails appropriés sur lui la prochaine fois que je viendrai pour Son darshan et que si je n'avais pas rassemblé ces détails, çà n'était pas la peine de venir le voir.

Que faire ? J'étais en grande difficulté. La raison en était que personne ne put me donner d'information utile sur Ramu Iyengar malgré plusieurs recherches. J'tais désorienté et je priai Bhagavan en mon cœur de me montrer la voie. Bhagavan m'accorda sa grâce. Je fis des recherches avec mon ami, le receveur des postes en second de cette région, qui me montra la maison de Ramu Iyengar et me dit d'aller le rencontrer le jour suivant.

J'allai le voir le lendemain. Je mis mon offrande ce fruit à ses pieds et lui dis que mon Guru m'avait parlé de lui et je lui dis la manière dont Il m'avait demandé de me renseigner sur son bien-être et de lui rapporter. Il répondit immédiatement, sans même une pause : "Votre Gurunatha (5) va de la terre jusqu'au ciel. Personne ne peut le connaître complètement. Il est au-delà de tout. Il est au-delà de toutes limites. Il est l'Univers Manifesté. "

Lorsque je l'entendis dire cela, mes pensées voyagèrent involontairement jusque Shri Krishna qui avait pris Vishvarupa (6) afin de détruire les doutes d'Arjuna et de l'encourager à faire son devoir et à participer à la guerre. Notre Bhagavan doit avoir été Shri Krishna - qui avait accompli cet exploit extraordinaire. Shri Ramu Iyengar sembla lire mes pensées et, comme s'il était d'accord avec elles, il fit un signe de la tête avec un grand sourire.

Quand j'en informai Bhagavan, Il éclata d'un rire divin qui sembla secouer la terre elle-même. L'éclat de rire me confirma que Bhagavan était vraiment un "Vishva Rupi" (7). L'Anjaneya upasaka, Ramu Iyengar, me dit en outre : "Radhakrishna, il y a beaucoup de Jnanis et de Maîtres dans ce monde. Ils donnent leurs bénédictions et honorent de leurs personnes. Mais votre Guru Maharaj, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, sauvera son fidèle même s'il se trouve à des milliers de kilomètres de là, parce qu'il est présent partout. Le tapas ('austérités') qu'il a accompli pendant plusieurs yugas est incommensurable. " Le plus surprenant de tout cela est que notre Bhagavan et Ramu Iyengar ne se sont jamais rencontrés à aucun moment.

Un jour, Shri Ramu Iyengar tomba malade et il fut admis à l'"Hôpital Devaki" de Chennai. Quand mon beau-frère, qui était un officier de police à la retraire, alors qu'il était allé avoir le Darshan de Bhagavan, l'en informa, Bhagavan lui donna une pomme avec pour instruction de la remettre directement à l' Anjaneya upasaka, Shri Ramu Iyengar qui, en la recevant, dit : " - Actuellement, dans l'Inde entière, non, dans le monde entier, s'il y a un grand Yogi, c'est uniquement Yogi Ramsuratkumar."

Un jour que j'étais assis devant Bhagavan à la résidence de Sannidhi street, Il dit : "Radhakrishna, quand vous faites le Sandhyavandhanam et d'autres rituels, vous récitez les noms de Shri Rama, Shri Krishna, Madhusudhana , etc. Ce sont tous les noms de ce mendiant en ces temps-là. Maintenant, dans ce Kali Yuga, mon Nom est Yogi Ramsuratkumar; alors incluez aussi cela." Cette incarnation divine de Bhagavan montrait que c'était Lui qui avait pris les Dasavataras . Shri K.V. Jagannathan, le savant tamil l'a fait magnifiquement ressortir dans l'une de ses chansons, en attestant cette vérité.

Ce grand être divin, le Seigneur qui marche parmi nous, qui danse avec nous, nous a attirés à Lui afin de nous protéger. Les mérites des vies passées sont responsables de cette grande et bonne fortune. Ce grand Seigneur nous a béni infailliblement de Sa grâce avec tout ce qui est requis. Que pouvons-nous donner en retour ? Rien. Mais nous devons donner quelque chose. Nous pouvons répéter Son Nom constamment, le Nom de Rama, et suivre les directives spirituelles qu'Il a posées pour nous et nous serons les bénéficiaires de Sa grâce infinie.
